Mexican Cheesy Chicken


This recipe is from my sister. Yummy and easy.


In a crock pot add:
4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
15 oz can of black beans rinsed
15 oz can of corn drained
15 oz jar of salsa
1 green pepper chopped

Cook for 6 hours on low heat and in the last 45 minutes

Add:
4 ounces of low fat sour cream
4 ounces low fat cream cheese

We served on orzo.
